The bakery you would cross town for. The chaikhana with the view. The bench that is yours. Add a place in a few taps, from a search, a dropped pin, a photo, or a link pasted from any map app. Put a picture or a short video with it, say what to order and when to go, and Tisai keeps it tidy: by city, on a map, in a list you can actually find things in.
There is a list for the places you want to go, too. All of it is yours alone until you choose to share.
Open the app and talk. A dinner, a weekend, a whole trip. Tisai writes it down, keeps your voice, and picks out the useful bits: the dish, the street, the time of day. You check them, and the story becomes a page in your journal with your photos, your video and your voice note.
Private by default. Share a page with friends when you want to, or keep it for yourself.
One link makes a friend. From then on, what they share lands in your feed under their first name: a place, a photo, a warning about the spice sellers at the front gate. A voice note can be shared too. A post in another language comes with a Translate button.
Where to eat with kids tonight. Which bazaar for the bread. Whether the chairlift runs in October. Ask the way you would ask a friend and get one short answer, built only from what people who know the place have said: the places that fit, what each person said, and where they are on the map.
If nobody has covered it yet, Tisai says so and keeps the question open. A local may answer later, and you will hear about it. Under that, clearly marked, what the web says.
Some people know their city the way a friend would show it. Already in Tisai: their guides, free to read, with a button to ask the author. Tisai is making it possible to book them next: a walk through their neighborhood, a ride to the places they would take a visitor, or a talk before you arrive.
Every local shows their ID before they can offer, and you see what other people said about them afterwards.
Anywhere someone has added a place. Search any town or neighborhood, or use where you are. Most places today are in Tashkent and Pittsburgh, and it grows wherever people share.

Few people write reviews, and a review is written once, for strangers, about one visit. In Tisai, people share the places they go to all the time, the way they would with friends and family: a line, a photo, a voice note, as easy as sending a message. So what Tisai knows is fresher and fuller than a page of reviews: the bakery that opened last month, the place that changed hands, the dish that is only good on Thursdays. And what you share for your friends goes on to help people you will never meet. Every tip shows who is behind it, someone who lives there, works there or goes often, and how many people recommend the place.
No. There are no ads and no paid placement. Owners can share tips like anyone else, but they must say the place is theirs, and the answer says so too. A tip that reads like an advertisement is declined.
Tisai uses AI and partner services to find tips and write answers, and it asks you once before sending your questions, stories, voice or photos to them. The AI that reads them does not train on them. Until you agree you can still look around. You can withdraw any time in Me, then Settings, then AI and your data. The privacy policy names each service and what it receives.
No email and no phone number: the app makes a random code that is your account. Beyond what you share, Tisai keeps a short note on your taste, learned from how you ask, such as who you travel with. You can read it and erase it in the app, and you can delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy and how to delete your account.
